Manufacturing Process:

Badland Buggy bushings are professionally manufactured using a premium grade 70D durometer PTMEG/TDI Polyurethane compound. Bushings are hot liquid cast at 66C (150F) in a precision mold which is made from a CNC machined aluminum original master bushing. Next, they are removed from their casting mold & heat postcured for 1 hour at 100C (212F).

This combination of a premium grade polyurethane, precision molding & heat curing gives our bushings excellent physical properties including high impact resistance, high compressive strength and resistance to UV & oil breakdown.

What does this mean for you & your buggy project?

- High Impact Resistance properties means your suspension or steering pivot points will last longer & will be able to take higher amounts of punishment before needing replacement.

- High Compressive Strength properties reduces the wear & tear your bushings will see as they come in contact with other moving parts that can "sandwich" them. Other materials will break down over time & require replacement more frequently than polyurethane. This saves you money!

- UV & Oil Resistance properties means you can use petroleum based lubricates like WD-40 without fears of harming or degrading the bushing material. You bushings will last longer as a result.
