Introducing John Kunkle's KZ750 Sabretooth.
John's 74 h.p. Kawasaki street motorcycle will provide ample power for his well crafted buggy.
John has notched all of his tubing using a 7" hand grinder & a die grinder with a 3" cutoff wheel which goes to show that you don't need fancy or expensive tools to build a buggy - just hard work & determination.
Some of John's buggy specifications include a 3-1/2 gallon spun aluminum fuel tank from Chirco, ITP Mudlites ATV tires, ITP C Series machined cast aluminum wheels, four K & N air filters for each of his four carb's, Kerker 4 in 1 headers.
John's buggy also features Badland Buggy polyurethane suspension bushings.
John's steering system includes a modified Hyudai Excel rack & pinion located forward of the front a-arms (different than plans). He used a solid steering column with u-joints to connect the steering wheel to the rack & pinion.
John used adjustable coil-over-shocks from Dan's Performance Parts.
All I can say is.... "SWEET"! Good job, John!
