M2S Fabrication Plans includes 221 pages of highly detailed measured drawings of all of the fabrication, machining and tube bending information you will need to mechanically and structurally construct an entire race vehicle from scratch at home.
M2S includes instructions and fabrication details to install an optional Jeffco Reverse Gear Box with a differential using Porsche 930 CV Joints with chromoly axles, Race Trim billet aluminum wheel hubs and a race ready four wheel Wilwood hydraulic disc brake system.
Plans are delivered in PDF formatted for 8-1/2″ x 11″ size paper, meaning you can easily print at home. PDF’s work great on an iPad using iBooks and also work on a Kindle. M2S plans are organized in an easy to follow step-by-step format with all dimensions in both inches and millimeters. Drawings include “Parts Lists” with raw materials, purchased parts and fasteners.
We have included five (5) Nested DXF files (generic 2D CAD files) so you can send them to a CNC laser cutting shop to have all flat steel plates CNC laser cut and CNC formed. This is a huge time and money saver for you. You save money because the CNC laser cutting shop does not have to create the CAD files, we have already done it for you. Many CNC laser cut parts are designed with self-jigging tabs and slots meaning a jig is not needed in many cases. We have also included four (4) STEP files (generic 3D CAD files) for certain parts to have them CNC machined.
We have included two versions of our all new Modular Rear Suspension System, a Pro Version and an Economy Version. The Pro Version uses a Jeffco Reverse Gear Box with a differential, Radflo coil-over shocks and billet aluminum suspension a-arms. The drive system is a chain drive to a reverse gear box with Porsche 930 CV joints, 4130 chromoly splined axles, Race Trim billet aluminum wheel hubs and Wilwood disc brakes. The Economy Version uses Fox 2.0 series air shocks, steel a-arms & a layshaft mechanism in place of the reverse gear box.
We have also included two versions for our Modular Front Suspension System, a Pro Version and an Economy Version. The Pro Version uses Radflo coil-over shocks and billet aluminum suspension a-arms. The Economy Version uses Fox 2.0 series air shocks and steel a-arms. The system also uses Race Trim billet aluminum wheel hubs with Wilwood disc brakes. The main housing is designed to be laser cut with self-jigging tabs and slots.

Design includes properly designed mounts for a racing harness, optional racing certified Corbeau racing seat, racing certified brake & clutch foot controls, dual front hydraulic disc brakes, dual rear hydraulic disc brakes, optional gear and reverse gear box shifters, professionally designed roll cage & chassis system which uses tubing sizes that meet or exceed typical racing specifications.
Rack & pinion steering system, adjustable camber angles in front suspension/steering, 15 degrees of built-in castor angle in steering system (self-centering steering), up to 20″ of wheel travel at all corners, double a-arm suspension all around, fully adjustable & tunable Radflo coil over shocks or optional Fox 2.0 series air shocks (rebuildable & tunable dampening), lightweight tubular steel chassis design @ approx 190 lbs (ie: lightweight means improved power-to-weight ratio & improved handling/cornering). Overall vehicle will weigh approximately 1150 lbs with a 1300cc engine installed (Pro Version).
M2S Ease of Fabrication:
Our 221 page M2S fabrication manual include step-by-step progressive fabrication drawings with sub-assemblies, weldments, bending details, flat plate details, etc… Basically, you start at the beginning of the plans & work your way through step-by-step. Many drawings have a parts/materials list (where applicable). Chassis drawings show you how to start by making a square tube base frame then progressively build upon that starting point. All materials are readily available worldwide.
